If there is a performance issue during the effective warranty period, you may apply for our product warranty service. By using ZeroIcy products, you agree to be bound by the following policies. If you do not meet the conditions or do not agree to any terms, please do not use ZeroIcy products. If a return is needed, please do so within fifteen (15) days in accordance with the third part of this policy, you may be entitled to a full refund of the purchased products.

ZeroIcy will not provide service under the following circumstances:
Requests for service made more than 15 calendar days after receiving the product.
Malfunctions or damage caused by unauthorized use or modification, exposure to moisture, entry of foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.), or incorrect installation or operation.
Damage as a result of external factors, such as fire, flood events, etc.
Damage caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts.
Failures or damage to third-party products, whether provided or integrated into ZeroIcy products at your request.
Products or parts with altered or missing identification labels.
Failure to provide a legal purchase certificate, receipt, or invoice.
Non-return of the received replacement product within 7 calendar days after confirmation.
Products sent for replacement lacking original accessories, components, or packaging, or containing items damaged due to user error.
After thorough testing by ZeroIcy, the product is found to be free of defects.
Inability to provide proof of transit damage issued by the carrier.
Any other circumstances outlined in this policy.

Alternative Freight Assistance:
When a product is sent for replacement due to performance failure, ZeroIcy takes care of the round-trip shipping cost for the replacement.
Requesting Replacement Service:
This limited warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may possess additional rights as per the laws of your state or jurisdiction. Pursuant to the written agreement with ZeroIcy, you may also receive other rights.
Please note that nothing in this limited warranty will impact your statutory rights, including consumer rights protected by consumer laws, which explicitly state that the sales of consumer products cannot be waived or restricted through agreements. Your rights remain protected and upheld, ensuring a fair and lawful resolution process.
